Flying fabrics or handkerchieves had 2 roles in ethnic rituals that are alive still but few know the true hidden meaning:
1.Handkerchiefs, flying fabrics used in contemporary choreographies are the transformation of the same knives and knife technique use in aura cleaning and fighting in battles. Indeed there were ancient techniques of protection or attack with silk handkerchiefs. (See DANCE with Knives)
2. Hair Handkerchief is a strong protection of the feminine energy, it was worhsiped and charged through ritual dances.
As well within this ancient ritual there are hidden meanings:
– the fight with an internal evil,
– cleansing aura from external energetical forced connections, cutting all those connections to free the soul from magical actions,
– strong protection creating process,
– preparing the clean space for the correct energy flow.
Today, this therapy can be called psychosomatic cleansing of energy clamps for a more correct flow of downward and upward energy flows – a technique for regulating their proper functioning.
The ascending current is actively used by man to translate his ideas, convey mental images and attempt to contact the Cosmos.
The downward flow is used by the structures of the Noosphere and Cosmos in order to communicate with a person.
Ideally, both threads should run at the same time. And if there are some blocks, DANCE WITH FLYING FABRIC is one of the way to UNBLOCK them.
For this workshop you will need:
– a free small room without things distracting you – ideally it is better to be in nature,
– loose clothing that will not interfere with your movements,
– any flying fabric with your favourite color.

Technique with KNIVES.

Sword game – PYRRHIC – these are ancient ritual/dances where swords, glaives or their replacing wooden sticks are used (handkerchiefs – see DANCE WITH FLYING FABRIC)
Originally, there was a ritual that inspired military courage to the soldiers. Rhythmic, fast but small movements are used in the dance. The dancer assimilates his movements with the movements of a warrior: he can climb up a mountain in a wide range, then jump over the rock interacting in a battlefield with an imaginary enemy. The main task of the dancer is to show the art of mastering his weapon.
In a group dance, the dancers are divided into two groups: a group attacks or follows another, while the latter retreats or tries to defend.

It's a focused work with HANDS, for all forms of dance!
This is a unique technique for working with hand muscles for solo performances and group choreography. This is a class cycle that reveals dancing abilities, concentrated on hands, both for folk and modern dance styles. The sacred geometry of space and dance movements are used, which in antiquity were used for prayer in pagan temples. Conversation, magic, prayer with hands - and other names and interpretations receive this workshop from participants.
